A polyvalent graphic and UI designer with a curious mind and always eager to take on new challenges. In my work, I aim to create engaging and enjoyable experiences for users.
\r\n\r\n Fres-Ka is a Peruvian e-commerce website I have founded in 2019 that\r\n sells Korean beauty products.
\r\n I built this website using WordPress and WooCommerce.\r\n
\r\n Fres-Ka has grown over the past few years and I have noticed the following issues:
\r\n
\r\n I used Figma to wireframe each page of the website and design a new user flow. I reduced as much as I could the amount of user interaction to go from home page to payment.\r\n
\r\n\r\n The brand consists of a collection of gradients of red, white and pink to give a youthful and lively appearance.
\r\n For typography, I used a geometric sans serif font, Poppins, for headers and body text.\r\n
\r\n CashAway is a project I created to train myself crafting brand\r\n identities and meaningful user interfaces.
\r\n As a regular international traveler, one challenge I face is the\r\n lack of free currency exchange apps. CashAway consists of a digital\r\n banking application for regular international travelers to spend,\r\n send and receive payments with no foreign exchange fees around the\r\n globe.\r\n
\r\n I combined a variety of shades of celestial blue, steel blue, lapis\r\n lazuli and white to represent CashAway's brand.
\r\n For the typography I chose to use a sans serif font,\r\n Lato.
\r\n As for the logo, I wanted to use the two themes of the app: finance\r\n and travelling. The logo represents a paper boat with its sails in\r\n the shape of a wallet.\r\n
\r\n I used Figma to Wireframe each page of the app. I started by\r\n wireframing the main screens like the home and registration page. I\r\n continued by defining other screens that the user goes through after\r\n log in.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n JLGS INGENIEROS is a private Peruvian engineering consulting company. they develop studies, designs of engineering projects.
\r\n
\r\n JLGS INGENIEROS has become a distinguished business in Lima and requested an update to their outdated logo and website.\r\n
\r\n\r\n
\r\n JLGS Ingenieros is growing and have seen the importance of a reputable and professional web presence. The limited information about their services and the difficulty to find any information wasn't that professional and it was not suitable for an engineering company.\r\n
\r\nThe previous logo lacked a sense of legitimacy. The new design would show more profesionalism and confidence.
\r\n\r\n I combined a variety of shades of wedgewood, purple, and gray to represent JLGS Ingenieros's brand.
\r\n For typography, I utilized a minimalist sans serif font, Mulish Bold for headers; Mulish semibold for body text. \r\n
\r\n Client branding identity for OISHI — a japanese restaurant.
\r\n The name \"Oishi\" comes from the Japanese word \"おいしい\" meaning \"delicious food\".
\r\n I used a modern sans-serif typeface that is clean, simple and highly readable. I replaced the macron line with a leaf to give it a natural food look.\r\n
\r\n Client branding identity for KESHOHIN — a cosmetic ecommerce.
\r\n The name \"Keshoshin\" comes from the Japanese word \"化粧品\" meaning \"cosmetics\".
\r\n I used Monserrat, a sans-serif typeface. I highlighted the letter K to give a relation with K-Beauty since this store also sells Korean products.\r\n
\r\n This is a personal project to design a travel guide for Peru where I designed a layout, worked with grids, typefaces and edited pictures.\r\n I used InDesign for the layout and Photoshop to edit the pictures.\r\n These photographs are from my own visits and I used different travel agencies websites from Peru and blogs to get all the information.
\r\n Written, designed and photographed by me.\r\n
\r\n Promote a musical event. Develop the event concept and present graphic design materials, which will be printed and distributed online. These materials will allow the proper promotion of the event taking into account the visibility of the main musical groups and other participants.\r\n Create poster, ticket and program design.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n Find key words describing the festival, mood and feelings. Colours: Think of the colour palette and feelings (mood) behind these colours and collect elements for the moodboard.\r\n Choose typography, design a moodboard and come up with a tagline for the concept.\r\n
\r\n\r\n Various social media posts and ads for different platforms.\r\n
\r\n\r\n The goal of this project is to create a dust jacket with a front, back, spine, and inside flaps, as well as a cover with a few simple elements on the front and spine.\r\n
\r\n\r\n Create a two-page spread magazine article in InDesign/Illustrator, presenting a designer from a major movement or school. Using original images (Photoshop, Illustrator, or hand- drawn & digitized) and fonts appropriate to that style. Incorporate the Q&A and a photo (or drawing) of the designer.
